Legal Committee

All Legal matters that may affect Masjid Al-Sabereen have to be referred to this Committee for their advice and action. The committee will present their opinion to the Trustee and Shura. 

Some of the responsibilities:

- Preparing the masjid's legal paperwork and documents;

- Handling any changes in tax laws, non-profit organization status and religious organization matters that may affect Islamic Center Masjid Al-Sabereen.

- Preparing any employees contract. 

- Revising the Center's constitution and By-Laws as needed.
