Brother Kendall Cook (Rasul) Passed Away

** Janazah Prayer will be at Sabereen on Wednesday after Asr (5:20) Insh'Allah.**

إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون
"We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return"
It is with deep sadness and acceptance of the will of Allah, we announce that our brother Rasul (Kendall Cook) has passed away on Saturday evening at his workplace in Carlisle.

Kendall Cook (Rasul) converted few years back. He was still learning about Islam and always wanted to be a better Muslim. He hoped to convert his family especially his brother. He always said I pray to Allah that he blesses him with clear path and guidance to be close to Allah. It’s a tragic loss to us and his family. He was always helping and guiding people to be better. I last saw him at the Iftar during this Ramadan he was so happy to be a part of the Iftar party because he has never been to one. We prayed together that day and that was the last time we saw each other. Next year he was planning to do his Hajj but Allah had different plans.
Please remember our brother in your Dua'a. May Allah forgive him, grant him Janat Al-Firdus and give his family patience.
