Eid Prayer At PA Farmshow

CPCOM announces united Eid Al-Fitr prayer to be on either Sun, May 1 or Mon, May 2. Please keep an eye on the CPCOM website or your local Masajid websites for the exact date. The exact date will be announced by Saturday night, In shā Allāh.
The Takbeer recitations will start at 8:30 am, and the Eid prayer will start sharp at 9:00 am.

This year's Eid prayer will be held at the Farm Show Complex, at the Expo Hall. Please use the HACC entrance to enter the parking lot. Please follow the instructions from the parking volunteers. There are spots allocated for handicap parking, please inform the parking volunteers. Please carpool if you can, and please plan to arrive early. If Eid falls on Monday then expect significant traffic bottlenecks around the Farm Show Complex.

There are separate entrances for brothers and sisters. Please follow the instructions of the volunteers to get to the correct entrance.
We encourage you to bring your own prayer rugs. Try your best to keep your children quiet during the prayer and the Khutbah times. Maintain social distance if you prefer to do so.

We need volunteers from both the brother's and sisters' sides to help with the many activities of this large gathering of Muslims in Central PA. Please reach out to your local Masjid administration if you'd like to volunteer and share the Kh'air In shā Allāh.
And finally, Zakat Al-Fitr this year is $12 per person, and it's important that you pay your Zakat Al-Fitr for your family BEFORE the Eid prayer. You can either pay at your local Masjid or there'll be boxes available at the Eid prayer hall to collect Zakat Al-Fitr.
May Allah accept all our fasting and the Ibadah we did during this blessed month.

Eid Mubarak to all of you. May Allah accept it from you and us.
- Central PA Committee of Masajid Administration
